Mike was a terrific person to know. He always was fun to be with. I knew him first through his work with the genealogical society and then with his love of a good sandwich. I still remember our searching for a restaurant in Baltimore. Once we found the place, we had to deal with an odd menu, how to place an order, pay for the food, and how to pick up the order. Mike kept the mood very light and relaxed. Eventually, we got to enjoy our food. My wife and I will be attending the service on November 4th.
