Carolyn, Mona, Venus and family, We are so sorry for your loss. Harold was a special person and friend. I enjoyed working with him over the years at Fort A. P. Hill and especially at the Jamboree. Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you for comfort and peace at this difficult time.

My condolences to the family. When I was posted to AP Hill in the 1970s I had the opportunity to work and know “Mr. Finch”. He was a dedicated public servant and wanted to do the best in whatever endeavor he pursued. Prayers and sympathies to you all.
Visitation & Funeral Service Information
The family will receive friends at the Bowling Green chapel of Storke Funeral Home on Monday, October 23rd from 6:00 – 8:00pm. A funeral will follow on Tuesday, at the funeral home, at 11:00am. Burial, with Navy honors and Masonic rites, will follow at Lakewood Cemetery.
