My very best friend David, The passing of you has really took a toll on me, we have been friends for many many years, we have worked together years ago, hung out together, and had our little BS section together. We really had some good times together, some of them so good we could not tell no one about them LOL. Just cannot believe you are gone, the last time I saw you at home about 3 weeks ago, you knew who I was and we even walked outside together. Going to miss you my friend, my friend for over 30 plus years, I know you are in a much better place now no more pain or suffering. Hook was a special friend, a great man and would always answer your call. Always friendly with a smile He will be missed by everyone. It will never.be the same going past Partlow and not seeing him at the store. His name is on all my appliances that he worked on. God Bless You Hook, You are loved by Everyone

Hook was a fantastic man. I\’m so glad I met him decades ago, and ended up being able to call him \”family\”. I\’m sure all of Partlow is grieving.. He will be greatly missed. RIP Hook!
