Dear Family, I remember as a child growing up in the 80’s going to Partlow Market, sometimes we would even call it “Roger’s ” to get snacks. Mr. Roger was a man of few words, but he still would greet everyone coming into his store. Tall thin man, alot of times he have his hands in his back pockets, sometimes he be smoking a pipe. He will be missed in Partlow and definitely the good ol’ days at Partlow Market “Roger’s “. Sympathy to the family

I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of Roger Rouse he was definitely one of a kind him and Juanita were like another mom and dad to me he will definitely be missed by us all. R.I.P Roger Rouse until we meet again.
