Lance, only knew for a moment, a moment to short. I saw the light in Faye’s eyes through you.

I am going to miss you my friend. You were more than a mentor.. you taught me most of what I know and our friendly competition over the last 20+years has made me who I am today. You always answered the call (and always had an answer to the question). I looked up to you like no other. You will be missed and remembered. My condolences for Faye and Landon. My heart truly breaks for you and if you ever need anything I will be there. Going to miss hearing What’s up Spanky.

My deepest sympathies on the death of your son, Lance. My baby boy Kevin, at 3 1/2 years old died in 1998. My heart breaks for you and I know the ups and downs you are feeling and will be feeling. There are no words to comfort us in the loss of a child. I am also The Compassionate Friends Fredericksburg Chapter Leader which is a self-help support group for all bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents who have lost a child. When you are ready, please email me and I will get you some resources. I am here for you if you need me. Praying for you all.
