My deepest condolences to the entire Lohr family. I worked with Steve for many years at the bank and found him to be a very kind man with a good sense of humor. I know he will enjoy watching his family and friends waterskiing from heaven. May he Rest In Peace.

We met Steve about 20 years ago through his mission of junior development water skiing. He gave our family such a joy of learning to ski and compete, met other fun people in the region, and even got us our first Mastercraft boat. We have many fond memories and lifelong skills from him and his family. Rest in peace.

We are so sorry to learn of Steve’s passing. He was a wonderful person, and a great joy to share our travel soccer period of life. We cherish our visit to Lake Lohr with Grandmother’s huckleberry cobbler. We will always have the Lohr family to thank for teaching us the magic of ice cream waffles. Sorry we are out of town and unable to be there, but we will be thinking about all of you. Jane and John and the whole Milne family

I am so thankful for my Uncle Steve and all he taught me over the years. His legacy of working hard, playing hard, outrageous generosity, investing in the lives of others with so much joy lives on in those he’s impacted. I celebrate his active life, his active love, his passion for excellence, his passion for faith, family, friends and fellowship with those in his community. What a difference his life has made on so many other lives, may his reward in heaven be GREAT! I miss you, Uncle Steve, and value your friendship and the wisdom you’ve taught me over the years with such humility. I love your saying at the end of our calls for advice when we’d thank you and you’d say, “I’ve already told you more than I know”. 😊 We love you, respect you, honor you, celebrate you and miss you.

We are so sorry to hear of Steve;s passing since we had not heard he was ill. Our time living near him was only 7 years I have had contact with him several other times over the years. He was a most gracious person and we fondly recall when he taught our son, Charles , to water ski when he was only 5. Prayers to Ann and all the family in this huge loss. He will be missed by many.

Such sad news to learn of Steve’s death. Steve recruited me to Peat Marwick Main (as it was called then) when I was but a wee lass out of college. I worked on many of Steve’s jobs over the years. I appreciate his humor, intellect and work ethic. It was a privilege to work with him and the other talented and dedicated professionals at the firm. That time was the bedrock for many of us in our professional careers to include enduring friendships to this day.
