My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Dougie! He was a special man and friend to all he met! Rest assured he is now in God’s tender loving care and has a brand new body and no pain! Treasure all your memories and he will remain in your heart forever! Rest In Peace dear Dougie! Enjoy dancing with the angels!

To the family members of Doug he was a good friend and helped me several times while I was living and growing up in CB. I pray that you will have Peace that Doug is in Heaven now and enjoying playing golf up there. I’m so sorry for your loss. I wish I could be there for his celebration of life, but I’m in Decatur Indiana with my Motorhome getting repaired. My best wishes during this time. God’s Blessings to you all.

Visitation 2:30-3:30 PM at Storke Funeral Home, 131 Rd St. Colonial Beach, VA
Graveside 4:00 PM at St. Peter\’s Cemetery, Oak Grove
Reception Following at Oak Grove Baptist Church
A funeral procession will leave from the funeral home to the graveside.
