It was an honor to serve as General Weaver’s Exec and to be part of his vision for the Air National Guard. His generous spirit is reflective in the careers of so many. May he rest in peace.

I was blessed to be part of the team that built the C5 family at Stewart AB and General Weaver was a true leader and a man of his word.

Paul was a highly respected Air Force officer who served our country with honor and distinction. He was also a kind person and a dedicated father to his many children. A friend of for almost 50 years, i am devastated to learn of his passing. God rest his soul. James Aspin
