Elizabeth, Brandon, Chris, I am sending you all of my love and strength during this incredibly difficult time, and am still shocked by the news. Pat and your entire family have always held such a special place in my heart and that of my family. I will never forget and will always be grateful for the selfless acts of love and kindness that Pat shared with me. He was a fierce, protective, giving, and caring person who loved his family and friends like no other. I will always remember his quick wit, boisterous laugh, ability to rebuild or fix anything, and willingness to drop anything at a moment’s notice to help — as he did for me countless times. The world is a little less bright without him, but there is no one that I would rather have as an angel above. Please know that you are being lifted in prayers and your circle is here for you. Although taken too soon, a beautiful soul is never forgotten. The world is a better place because of all the love and light Pat shared with others. All my love, M

Pat, you were not only a colleague but a friend. Someone who always had a smile on his face and could make anyone laugh. I remember just a few weeks ago when you tapped on the window as I was walking into the building waving hi. I will miss all of our catch-up discussions, rest easy my friend. You will certainly be missed throughout AB. Sending thoughts and prayers to the Bowles family during this difficult time.

My friend, so many memories of our times together. You always had a way of brightening my day with your sense of humor, a good sea story, or just being there to listen. Our love and prayers to Liz, the boys and family. Rest in Peace, brother. Woody and Lydia Woodbury

My deepest condolences to Elizabeth, Brandon, Chris, and Family. Words cannot fully express how much Pat will be missed. I am filled with sadness knowing that he is no longer with us, but I find comfort in the memories we shared as colleagues and as friends. His genuine care for others was a quality that always inspired me. The way he went out of his way to help anyone in need, without expecting anything in return, is truly admirable. Pat’s sense of humor will also be greatly missed, and I will forever cherish the memories of our laughter and the endless… endless jokes that we shared. “Thank you, Pat, for always being there for me and for your unwavering support and encouragement over the years. I am forever grateful to have had someone like you in my life. Rest knowing that you have touched so many lives with your kindness and goodness. You will be deeply missed, my friend.” ~ Amber Day and Chase

Missing you, dear friend. My days will never be the same. I still want to pick up the phone and catch up on things, like we did often. You were the brother I never had…always checking in on me and the family. I know you are in a better place. Rest in peace. Sending thoughts and prayers to the Bowles Family. Pat will forever be in our hearts, never forgotten. Devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Also a proud American. My deepest sympathies and may the beautiful memories bring comfort.

You will be dearly missed, Pat. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations that always seemed to be a much needed and refreshing break from work. You never failed to provide a good laugh or some needed advice. Grateful to have been able to call you a friend. May you rest in peace.

Pat, you were one of the first people I met when I got to AB and you were there through all the ups and downs. Through the years you made people laugh, told the best sea stories, and helped anyone who needed it. Sending so much love to your sweet wife and family – your eyes lit up when you were talking about them. We will all miss you so much.
