John was the First Tech I Worked with at Johnson Controls – What a Great Guy, Great Person, and a Mentor to Many Including Myself – My Condolences to the Entire Family. I Can See His Smile When the Caps Won the Stanley Cup !

To know John, was to admire his charismatic attitude and the type of person that he was. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. It was a privilege to know such a kind man. Prayers to all of his family and friends. Gone way too soon.

There’s a hole in our hearts over the loss of John. Words can’t begin to describe his sense of humor, his boisterous laugh, and how much it meant to us to be included in his circle of friends. John is truly unforgettable.

Our hearts are truly broken with the loss of John, a man with a ginormous heart of gold.

Visitation & Funeral Service Information

A memorial service to celebrate John’s life will be held at 11am on Sunday, September 22 at Storke Funeral Home, Colonial Beach. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for 30 minutes prior to the service. 

 

In lieu of flowers and in honor of John’s legacy, the family encourages donations of blood, volunteering at a blood donation center, or hosting a blood drive.
