I met Estelle in 2010 when I was hired to drive for King George. We instantly became friends. That was partially due to the fact that we had something in common. Our faith in Christ. In 2014 I became certified to be a trainer and Estelle and I started spending a lot more time working together. She was always there whenever I needed her. It didn’t matter what I needed her for. Rather it was personal or job related. When my mom passed away in 2015 she was there for me. She was just about the only co-worker that attended my mom’s funeral. Then when my dad went home to Heaven in 2017 she was there for me again. When I decided to leave my ex in 2017 Estelle was one of the few people who didn’t judge our condemn me. When people would come to her and ask questions about me after I left my ex she refused to say anything and would tell them to come talk to me. She loved her family so much. I never had the opportunity to meet her daughter Michelle while she was here on Earth. But I heard so many good things and her daughter and her grandkids. I also heard a lot of stories about L.P. Her love for her family really showed. She loved me no matter what. She loved her church. When I left my ex she invited me to start coming to Round Hill with her and L.P. Just about any time that something was happening at the church she was there to help. But most importantly Estelle LOVED her Heavenly Father. She really truly LIVED out her FAITH. Estelle you ARE my big sister and your little brother WILL miss you. This ISN’T goodbye. It’s only “see you later”. I love you big sister.

Estelle and Joyce Hart trained me to become a bus driver for King George County Schools. She was so patient and kind, because I failed the DMV test 4 times, LOL. She said Thomasina, I know you can do it and we\\’re gonna keep trying until you pass this test. She said just calm down and focus, you got this and on the 5th try, I passed. Her voice was gentle and calming. I ended up moving out of King George, but every time, I saw her, she would ask me \\”When are you coming back to drive for us, we could use you and we miss you”. To Estelle’s family, although she is gone physically, she is still with you spiritually and she\\’s your forever angel. I pray with you all and for you that you find comfort in knowing that she is resting peacefully with Jesus. Thank you Estelle, for your patience, peaceful and calming spirit. Rest well angel. I knew of & met Ms Ellis thru Michelle. I’m very sorry to hear of her passing. She loved King George & made it a better place. Thinking of all her loved ones, grieving for her presence with them still. With deepest sympathy, Gina

Dear Ones, When a loved one goes to heaven we are sad for us but we can also be GLAD for them. And remember… grief never ends but it changes. It is a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness nor a lack of faith. It is the price of love. Estelle loved many and received love in return. To me she “lived” Colossians 3:23-24. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. It is the Lord you are serving.” Let’s all strive to follow her example. At this time, you all are being remembered, loved and held close in many hearts. Luv, carol 😉
