Francis Jr ( Junie) -my Brother! I can’t express how much I will miss him. We had the Best Childhood at our parents farm in Frog Level VA. The memories will forever be in my mind. He was the kindest and most caring person to me and my family. I love him and his family dearly! My condolenses to my nieces & nephews and their families Crystal, Fran, Keith & Kevin. We all share so many memories with My late parents- ( Ethel & Francis Barlow Sr). Lord be with us all as we get through this difficult time and give us Peace! RIP Junie! Love your Sister & family – Valerie, Bill, Sarah, James, Vivian, Laura & Ryan – you will be missed so much!

To the Barlow Family: Sending you my deepest sympathy on the loss of your loved one and my long-time friend, Francis, Jr. Francis, Sr and my father were friends, and Francis, Jr and I met when we were both 8 years old. At 11 years old, he was one of my first real friends when we ultimately moved to Caroline. As we grew into adulthood, we did not see each other often. But, when we did, it was just an extension of our last meeting. Over the years, Francis, Jr grew into a really good man, a good friend/helper to my parents, and a good friend/mentor to my son.
