I have so many fond memories of Norris. He was my Cpl and Sgt on shift. What a prankster. Working together for 12 hrs shifts, we all became family. I learned so much from Norris and was so glad to call him my friend. My heart goes out to his family and to our RRJ family. Norris, you will be missed my many, but we all have our individual fond memories of you to help us get through your untimely death. Love you my friend. RIP my brother in blue.

My deepest and most sincere condolences to the Norris family. I am very sad to hear this news, he was a great man and supervisor to me. He taught me a lot and always had an ear and a smile to lend to anyone in need. He could tell a tale like no one I have ever met. Many tales, many lessons. He has influenced me in so many ways and I am thankful to have known him. Be well Norris family.

My condolences to the Norris family. He was one of the highlights when I worked with him at RRJ. Always had a joke to tell and could make you feel good about being at work. I am heart broken and will miss my friend, especially when he talked about his girls. You couldn’t know Capt. Norris and not learn something positive and have fun doing so. Only God knows why and may the family find peace in Him.

My sincere condolences for your family. Capt. Norris, (aka L.T. to me), was such a wonderful, funny, and kind person. We had many conversations about his girls, college and traveling softball. Always so proud when talking about his family. He always had a smile and a fun hearted jab for me when I came into RRJ. He will be missed so very much.

Both my husband and I worked with Norris. My husband would tell me stories of him and Norris talking in the sally port, especially at the old jail and of how he was a very good listener. Everyday I went down to the OL, Norris would say Hi; and ask me how Stump was, and smile. He was always so friendly. He will be missed by us. Ann and Scott (Stump) Baker
