I’ve known Artie Marks since I was a teenager and he would always try to keep us/me from getting in trouble and later I appreciated his help. Later in life Artie / Mr. Marks after he retired was a good man to go to for advice on different law things. A solid good man who Loved his Country. He is in the Lords hands now and I pray Peace for his family members and other friends.

I knew Artie many years ago when I lived in Colonial Beach. He was a good friend. He was funny. I remember fixing soft shell crabs for all of us and him setting in my kitchen while I worked. My son thought the world of Artie. He was a good man and will be missed. My condolences to his family.
