Cathy, we are saddened to hear of Doug’s sudden passing. He was a one in a million guy and one of the best humans we know. He was the best plumber we ever had and was always willing to show us things that we could do ourselves so that we wouldn’t necessarily have an emergency. We lost a good man down here but God isn’t going to have any leaks or pump problems or any other plumbing issues now that he has Doug with him. Our hearts hurt with you and your family, Cathy. Please feel free to call or text anytime you need to as grief has no time limits or boundaries. Surround yourself with those who will keep the precious memories of Doug in your hearts and will help take care of you. We are sending hugs and love.

Dearest Cathy, The first thing that came to mind, and that we are pretty much floored, to learn here of Doug’s passing. All we can hope is that he hadn’t suffered. Through the MANY years we were his customers, and friends….we have had the UTMOST of respect in your Doug….AND you. Russ’s “buddy” will TRULY be missed. Please accept our most sincere condolences….and know that you and your family….all his loved ones….be blessed with comfort, acceptance…and understanding. Rest serene, our DEAR buddy. With TRUE sincerity, Rebecca and Russ
