We had a great six years together at Bowling Green Baptist. What a joy she was to work with! I think we made a pretty good team, truly. I know BGBC must have missed her after retirement. May she rest in peace, and may she rise in glory.

Caro & Skip, Donny, Janet, and Susan & Joey – Your mom, my beloved Aunt Thelma, was a beacon of faith and trust in God. During our many phone conversations, these past few years her steadfast love for family and God was always self-evident. We would frequently discuss what was going with the family and the joy she had in heart for each of you came through clearly in the tone of her voice. I was amazed by her quick wit and sharpness even at the age of ninety-six. While I will miss having future conversations with Aunt Thelma, she is no doubt enjoying a glorious homecoming in Heaven.
