Martha and Warren, April looks much like she did when I worked at Ladysmith Elementary School. I don’t imagine she had changed that much. I know you feel the loss. I feel it too. It took me a while to figure out who she was. We are getting older. We live with constant reminders of death, but have difficulty when it hits so close to home. I hope you are able to cope well with your loss.

So sorry to learn about April’s passing. She was a fun, bubbly personality who always made us smile at Camp Easter Seal-East. Thinking of all of you. Would love to pass on any photos of her from her camp days when you are ready.

April was such a warm and friendly person, and I looked forward to seeing her every Friday at Bowling Green Baptist when the Gathering Place brought the adults to help fold bulletins. She never left without saying “it’s Friday, I’m so happy, I hope you have a really good weekend.” I am so sorry for your loss. I will truly miss her.
