Dale was one of the first people I met when I started at NSWC photo lab in the early 80’s. I always enjoyed helping her with whatever photo aspect of a project she was working on; a truly kind and considerate person. My deepest sympathies.

Shannon and family. I am so sorry to first learn of the passing of Cecil and now his wonderful wife Dale. Shannon, there is no reason for you to know me; we only met once when you were 16 and in Fredericksburg with your mother. I had the privilege of knowing and working with both your parents and will always treasure their friendships. My heart felt condolences to all.

My deepest sympathies to the family. I too worked with Dale. She was smart, friendly, professional and just a pleasure to work with on any project. She lives on in your laughter, sounds you may hear and especially in the stories you share. Prayers.

To Cecil and family, Dale was one of the first persons I met when I came to Dahlgren and she was always a friendly helpful person whose smile was contagious. I just wanted to let you know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers. I know she will be missed by all who knew her. v/r Joe Grzeika
