Robert was my barber until I left Caroline, some of the best times I ever had was going to DC to watch His beloved Red SOX OR THE Yankees he could fire up the crowds. The man never had a enemy. RIP rabbit you were the best God called a good one.

Mr. Carter’s smile lit up so many of my summers at Allen’s General Merchandise as I stood by my grandparents’ side. He was the perfect gentleman and made me feel grown-up as well as a beloved child, a rare quality now and then. May his joyful presence adorn the heavens alongside his beloved wife and all who loved them so on earth. With deep sympathy, Ginger Broaddus and family
