It was a pleasure to have known Phillip for the past 8 years. He was a hard worker and someone who could be relied upon. I remember the many pictures he would share of his family and his love for drawing one-of-a-kind pictures for his children. Phillip will be missed dearly and my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

It is with a heavy heart that I send my deepest sympathies to the family of Phillip. I only met him a handful of times but I remember thinking he was a little shy but still warm and welcoming. I wish I had the words to help heal some of the immense sorrow and grief you all are feeling now. Just know that I am keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers and hoping that one day when you think of Phillip, it will bring a smile to your face instead of a tear to your eye. Grieve him for as long as you need to. I have found that time is not your friend when grieving the loss of one you love so much. Sending my love to all, especially Kenny and Debbie..
