Bill’s wry sense of humor and his willingness to always help others is what I remember most. He took the time to help so many people and he really loved the go carting and his children. My sincerest sympathies to his family and friends. I know he will be missed. Brenda

I didn’t see Bill but once or twice after he retired, but I valued his friendship and am so sorry to hear about his death. He was a good man who provided years of great service to Randolph-Macon. Condolences to his family.
