Dear ones, You are all in my heart and prayers. You are grieving and grief never ends…. but it changes. It is a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness nor a lack of faith. It is the price of love. We all loved Emmett. My daddy taught me something many years ago, that I would like to share with you. He said that as long as we keep the happy memories of our loved one in our heart and share them with others, they will never leave us. I have tried that often over my 77 years and found it to be true. I am sure you have loads of happy memories. Share them, remember them, laugh, cry and enjoy. It will help you now and moving forward. You are in my prayers for strength, peace and joy! Love, carol 😉
