I so sorry to hear of the passing of my friend and high school pal. Judy and Herb were like brother and sister to me. Growing up in Appalachia would have never been the same had it not been for them. My heartfelt sympathy to her family. .

My condolences to David and the entire extended Mattingly family. Judy was such a warm, caring, creative and talented person who readily shared her character gifts with all while having a beautiful loving smile on her face. I miss her lovely presence in my life and her saying or writing “love ya.” to me . Love ya Judy.
