Erika, Our family extends our deepest condolences to you and your family. We were saddened to learn of Mike’s passing. Immediately, David and I recalled how passionate Mike was of his beloved Washington football team and how competitive we all were, in the past, being we are fans of the rival Dallas Cowboys.
