Lin and Family, I was deeply saddened to learn of David’s passing. I have many fond memories of him from days long ago in Port Royal and of he, Doc and myself at Chowan College. My sympathies and prayers to you and the family.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I just read in the paper about David. It’s always hard to loss someone whose been in your life since day one. My sisters, Gloria and June send their condolences to all of y’all as well. Prayers for all.

I just wanted to say Dave was a solid, honest man, a quiet person, put everything into whatever he had to do. He and I joined the printing branch at the same time and I was with him until my retirement. Looking back at all those years, I’m stunned at how quickly they passed. Hope peace will be with you all.

MRS CRAWFORD AND FAMILY. I WORKED WITH DAVE FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS AT NSWC DAHLGREN. SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT HIS RECENT PASSING. DAVE TOOK HIS JOB AS SUPERVISOR OF THE PRINT SHOP AT DAHLGREN VERY SERIOUSLY. HE LOVED HIS SPORTS AND COULD CARRY ON A SPORTS CONVERSATION FOR HOURS. GOD BLESS THE FAMILY.

Dee and family, I am so sorry to hear of David’s passing. I pray you’ll find comfort and peace in this difficult time. May your memories of David Lee bring smiles, joy, and laughter. He was such a great guy, and always so caring and kind. God has received another beautiful Angel, and I am sure he will keep watching over all his loved ones. Dear Crawford Family, May God comfort you. It was a pleasure knowing Dave since about 1975, when the Print Shop was part of the Publications Division at Dahlgren. He took Roland Brown’s place and was a great asset. We all worked closely together. I also remember when he got married. Such a sad time. I am so sorry. Cindy Miller
