My deepest sympathy goes out to Andrew’s family and friends. I met Andrew over 25 years ago at the Connecticut State Legislature and was fortunate to work with him on several campaign. He later helped me get elected to the State House and devised a campaign logo for me that I used for eight re-election campaigns prior to retirement. Andrew was a very hard-working talented, caring person. It was a pleasure to know and a treat to work with him. I will always remember his contagious smile and good humor.

Andrew, my most brilliant friend, I am now deeply sorry that a few years have gone by since we last met. I have nothing but good memories with you, man we were stupid crazy at times! I probably never said it, but I’ve always been impressed with your passion for your gift of political strategy, your art, and your ability to make a friend with anyone. Well, you finally get to meet Jerry and jam out with him! You left your “Wolf” here, but I’m sure he’ll let you borrow one of his heavenly guitars! Damn this is such a loss. Andrew, you will be so missed for your brilliant political strategy, being your truest self, and warm friendship. One of the cruelest parts of the pandemic is the time it robbed for all of us to be together. I hope you departed this world knowing you were loved and respected, even if the time and distance of the past year made it less tangible.
