I am a friend of Fan from NC. Have been in VA Since 1958. Fan introduced my husband James Baker to me .We were married in 1963.Had Blessed Life. James passed away September 2012. James introduced Cecil to Fan. We keep in touch for years .We were all close friends. Have good memories of times we shared together. Rebecca Riggan Baker

My condolences to the family of Ms. Fannie. She was such a sweet lady and beautiful soul. I enjoyed our talks when she was a living at The Virginian. She will be truly missed. Wishing you peace and comfort during this time.

So sorry to hear about the loss of Fannie. She was a dear friend of our family for years. She and Cecil were at many of our family functions and attended the same church. She was a sweet woman that truly loved her family. She was definitely a survivor having conquered many health problems in the past and was a fighter till the end. Heaven has gained another angel.
