I worked with Shelly a lot when I drove cars at the auto auction at ADESA in Washington, DC. Shelly was a big animal lover and would talk about her pets and she was a wonderful cook and she could probably can vegetables with the best of them. She and another one of the co-workers were real close. 1 of the funnier moments we had was when we rode to the auction with this old guy and he asked what our names were and put them in his book and when Shelly needed to go the bathroom he drove her to his storage unit claiming he was a “wanted man” and didn’t want to be seen at a gas station. The old man told some real tall tales and both of us kind of looked at each other like “Is this guy for real?” Just a funny time. Best way I can remember her is just that she was a worker, she always showed up when she could and she did a heck of a job.

My deepest sympathy goes out to you and your family. I hope you find comfort in the scripture at Acts 24:15. This is what our God Jehovah promises for us all. And we can look forward to what is written in Psalm 37:9-11 and 29.?
