I am so sorry for your loss of your son, Tyler . I lost my baby boy Kevin, at 3 1/2 years old in 1998. My heart breaks for you. I am also The Compassionate Friends Fredericksburg Chapter Leader which is a self help support group for all bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents who have lost a child. I am here for you if you need me. Praying for you all. RIP Tyler.

Vincy and John, We mourn with you and your family as you go through this difficult time. So sorry to hear about Tyler; we will forever remember his mannerism, his smile, his kindness when you all lived next door to us. There were times I/we didn\’t even see Tyler in the yard, but out of nowhere we would hear his sweet voice, \”hello Mr/Mrs McDowney…ALWAYS PLEASANT. Much love and prayers to each other. Vincy and Family. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your son. This is heartbreaking to hear about and I wish I knew what to say to offer you any comfort but I am afraid that there aren’t words to comfort you at this time. Visitation & Funeral Service Information
A funeral will be conducted at 10am Thursday, August 19, at Storke Funeral Home, King George Chapel, 11089 James Madison Pkwy., with a graveside service and burial following in Historyland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm Wednesday, August 18, at the funeral home.
