I went to Fredericksburg today driving along and thought of you because we always talked while I was on the road. I will always remember you and our crazy times together. One of the many things I’ll remember about Alice was her gift of creativity. She could take something plain and turn it into a beautiful work of art. She had an “eye” for making things the best they could be. I loved seeing pictures of her work. My Mom was also very creative. Alice and I would tease each other that she should have been my Mom’s daughter and I should have been, Katy’s. As you can guess I didn’t get any of the creative gene. I’m sorry that I won’t be able to attend the viewing or service, I will be out of town. Please know that all of the family are in my thoughts and prayers. Love and hugs to all.
