During the fog of grief, the family neglected to include George’s only brother Donald G Tompkins, to whom he spoke his last words. Donald has two children Jennifer and Mathew. We apologize to them for any confusion or additional grief.

George was a remarkable person I feel very lucky to have known him for the past 35 years. He will be missed by many of us here at George Mason University we were very fortunate to have him do work on Campus. George was always someone you could count on no matter what time it was. I learned a lot from George and very thankful to have known him. God bless him and his family Our prayers are with you. Jeff Counts

our family was very sadden to hear of the passing of Mr. George. We are in prayer for your family and that God will strengthen you all at this time.
Visitation & Funeral Service Information
The viewing will be held at Storke Funeral home in King George on Monday, November 29th from 6PM to 8PM.
The funeral service will be given at Historyland Memorial Park on Tuesday, November 30th at 11AM.
