I am so sorry to learn of Victor’s passing. I just found out today.? He was a dear family friend. I am honored to have known him and so glad I got to spend time with him when I moved back to the area in 2020.?
Visitation & Funeral Service Information
Victor will join Muriel in Arlington National Cemetery where he will be buried with full military honors on June 24, 2022 at 3pm.
