It was a few short months ago that the Commanding Officer and I had the pleasure of meeting JB and presenting him with a token of our appreciation for his hard work and dedication. JB was nicest & respectful young man that I have met in Westmoreland County. My thoughts and prayers are with Lauren, Harper, Debbie & Heidi. I know what you are going through, and I will be praying for you & your families. He is with his dad now and will be watching over you all. RIP JB. From Pam, Ricky Jr. & Ryan.

My deepest condolences at the death of your son/brother/husband and father, JB. My baby boy Kevin, at 3 1/2 years old died in 1998. My heart breaks for you. I am also The Compassionate Friends Fredericksburg Chapter Leader which is a self-help support group for all bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents who have lost a child. I am here for you if you need me. Praying for you all.

Visitation & Funeral Service Information

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM on Friday, December 30, 2022 at Colonial Beach Baptist Church, 10 Garfield Ave, Colonial Beach, VA 22443, where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 31, 2022.

Burial will follow the funeral service at Historyland Memorial Park Cemetery, 11227 James Madison Pkwy, King George, VA 22485.
