My sincere prayers Norm and I became friends many years ago as I was working for the Virginia Employment Commission as a tax agent. He was a great friend thru the years and I never forgot how he was so kind and friendly.

Darlene, Larry, Mark, Willie and Sheila, I am so so sorry at the loss of Norman. He was truly one of a kind and one of my favorite people. I am so glad I went and visited him after getting my taxes done. Your family has always been very important to me. I regret I was not more assertive about seeing you. Much Love to you all, Allen
