My sincere condolences to the entire family. John and I worked together at Spotsylvania County. He served on the employee committee with me, he had a great sense of humor and always had a smile on his face. He was a kind man and I feel blessed to have known him. Thoughts and prayers are with you all. May God carry you through the days, months and years ahead.

Jenny and family, we are so sorry to see John has passed away. I know you and the boys, and Jo Ann and Norman, were so helpful during his illness. Please let us know if we can help in any way. We hope your memories will bring you all comfort during this difficult time.
Visitation & Funeral Service Information
A visitation will be held 2-4 pm Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green. A funeral service will be held 2 pm Monday, September 23, 2024 at Bethany Baptist Church, 5001 Arcadia Road, Woodford, VA. 22580 with Rev. Welford Orrock and Rev. Amos Healy officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Baptist Church Trustee Account, P. O. Box 408, Thornburg, VA. 22565.
