It is with a heavy heart that I offer my deepest condolences to Mrs. Gloria Quarles and family. I pray that God will give you all the comfort and peace you may need during your time of sorrow. Bill will be truly missed and the memories of him will live in my heart forever. God Bless you all

Visitation & Funeral Service Information
A funeral service to honor Billy’s life will be held on Monday, March 31, at 2:00 PM at Carmel Baptist Church in Ruther Glen. He will be laid to rest in the church cemetery following the service. Family and friends are invited to gather at the church one hour prior to the service to pay their respects.
