My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Mr. Carter was a helpful gentleman who always had a friendly smile. May he rest in peace.

Prayers to the family. I worked at the Fire Department on A. P. Hill, he helped us a lot with fire alarm equipment. He was a super nice guy.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 26 12 Noon at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Supply.
