Nathaniel Walter Dewite Bourgeois, born April 6, 2003, in Fredericksburg, Virginia, died unexpectedly on March 12, 2022. Nathaniel was dearly loved by his family and many friends and will be eternally missed. His smile lit any room he was in and his infectious laughter was a joy unto itself.

Nathaniel is survived by his mother, Ashley N. Pendleton, his father, Peter W.D. Bourgeois, his sisters Kayla Nicole Bourgeois and Aurora Thai Asia Lynn Chainam, and his brother, Caleb Tristan Pendleton. He is also survived by his grandfather, Maurice Pendleton, his grandmother, Provie M. Jackson, Grandmother Susan M. North, his great-grandmother, Barbara M. North, his great-grandfather, James A. Francis and his many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Nathaniel was predeceased by his grandmother Doris Pendleton, his grandfather, Lester J. Bourgeois, Jr., his great-grandmother, Carol June Francis, his great-grandfather, Lester D. North, Sr., his great-great-grandparents, Carrol and Selma North, and his Uncle Joshua L. Bourgeois.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Storke Funeral Home – King George Chapel. Nathaniel and Kayla’s friends will be received by the family on Friday, March 25, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Round Hill Baptist Church, and a private funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., at Round Hill Baptist Church, 16519 Round Hill Rd., King George, Virginia 22485, with interment immediately following at Historyland Memorial Park, 11227 James Madison Parkway, King George, Virginia 22485.
