Dorothy Martin “Kitty” Satterwhite, 76, of Woodford passed away peacefully on June 17, 2022.  She was preceded in death by her husband Temple Satterwhite and her parents James and Louise Martin.  Kitty was a retired waitress at the New Yorker Restaurant in Bowling Green.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, word search puzzles, crocheting and watching tv. 

Kitty is survived by her two daughters Sheila Satterwhite of Woodford and Kelly Garland of Bowling Green; two sisters Virginia M. Wright of Bowling Green and Martha M. Lane of King George; one brother Carl Martin of King George; two grandchildren who were her heart and soul and the apple of her eye Kelsey Garland and Zachary Garland; and a number of nieces and nephews and  her special  great niece Addyson Wright  

The family will receive friends Thursday, June 23, 2022 from 11:00 – 12:00 pm at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green with funeral services beginning at 12 p.m.  Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be James “Red” Wright, Kevin Wright, Lane Guy, Trevor Guy, Walter “Pete” Satterwhite and Waylon Etherton.    Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
