She was the daughter of the late Garland and Ruth Allen and had retired after 33 years as the Postmistress for the Ladysmith Post Office. She had been a longtime member of Ladysmith Baptist Church and most recently a member of Carmel Baptist Church. Patsy graciously served her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through a ministry of music as a pianist and organist, whenever she was called. She was the widow of Reginald W. Acors. Patsy is survived by her children, David Rozell (Cindy), Kristal Leonard, Maxie Rozell (Crystal) and Shawn Rozell; her brother, Lin Allen; her sister, Cindi McInteer; her grandchildren, Amy Bernard, Angela Bissoon, Chad Rozell, Melissa Rozell, Shannon Deloach, Warren “JR” Deloach, Les Leonard, Kris Leonard, Loren Rozell and Blake Rozell; her step grandchildren, Christopher Beasley and Jennifer Thacker; seventeen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jill Kimberly Brockmyer and her sisters, Judy Broaddus and Donna Bounds. The family will receive friends at the Bowling Green chapel of Storke Funeral Home on Monday, September 12th from 6:00 – 8:00pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 13th at 11:00am in Carmel Baptist Church, Ruther Glen, with Rev. Gerald Castlebury officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Carmel Baptist Church or the Ladysmith Vol. Rescue Squad.

The family will receive friends at the Bowling Green chapel of Storke Funeral Home on Monday, September 12th from 6:00 – 8:00pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 13th at 11:00am in Carmel Baptist Church, Ruther Glen, with Rev. Gerald Castlebury officiating.
