Robert James Van Arsdale, 53, of Ruther Glen died Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at his home. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was a network consultant for Younts Consulting. He was a volunteer for Smith Point Sea Rescue. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Diana Van Arsdale; his parents Donald and Joyce Van Arsdale; and his siblings, Mary Heiser (Cleve), Jon Van Arsdale, Joy Hough (Daniel), and Joseph Van Arsdale.
Robert was an avid boater, he and Diana loved spending their free time navigating the waters of the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay.
A Celebration of Life is planned for the spring of 2023 at Olverson’s Marina, located in Lottsburg, VA.
