Brian Foy Wells of King George Virginia passed away in the early morning hours on Saturday November 12, at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore after a hard-fought battle with sudden acute pancreatitis. Brian, more often known as Coach Wells or Dada to those who knew him best, was one of a kind and loved to find the fun and joy in life.  He currently coached golf, as well as indoor and outdoor track and field while teaching Computer Science and Engineering at Westlake High school in Charles County Maryland. Brian’s greatest joy in life was his two sons Bryan and Zachary.  He enjoyed spending as much time as possible with his boys traveling, camping, playing sports, and building Legos. Brian was amazing at building things with his hands and enjoyed tinkering with small engines, large engines, electronics, and just about anything that caught his attention.  He spent the last 19 years teaching in Arkansas, Maryland, and Virginia. He is survived by his wife Joana, sons Bryan Joseph and Zachary Foy, and his beloved dogs.  His surviving family in Arkansas includes Ronnie and Kathy Wells, his mom and dad; his brothers Phillip and Paul and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends and family from 6-8pm on Thursday November 17, 2022 at Storke Funeral Home 11089 James Madison Pkwy, King George, VA 22485 In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Cooking Autism of Fredericksburg: www.cookingautism.org/donate or Cooking Autism, Inc., 2 Otto Way, Fredericksburg, VA 22406.
