Phillip Joseph Rollins, 70, of Rollins Fork, VA passed away at his home on Monday, January 23, 2023 surrounded by his family.  Son of the late William Edward Rollins and Marjorie Christian Rollins, Phillip was born January 21, 1953 and spent his entire life on the family farm in King George County. Phillip served his country in the United States Marine Corps after which he worked for King George County, retiring after 31½ years as the Senior Construction Inspector. Phillip also took great pride in working on the farm. His family meant everything to him and he considered them to be his greatest blessing. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Stegman Rollins; four children, Christopher Edward Rollins (Sarah), Shahanna Marie Saboe (Brian), Joe Wayne Preston, III (Tammy), Kandice Joy Preston; six grandchildren, Addyson Carter Rollins, Christopher Tate Rollins, Emmerson Kate Rollins, Winston Tucker Saboe, Sylvie Rose Saboe, Porter Hays Preston.

In addition to his parents William Rollins and Marjorie Rollins, Phillip was preceded in death by his brother Orville Dale Rollins.

The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Storke Funeral Home, King George Chapel, 11089 James Madison Pkwy, King George, VA 22485. The United States Marine Corps will present honors at the conclusion of this time together.
