Wendy succumbed after a long battle with cancer on February 6, 2023. She was born on May 13, 1950 in Cambridge, MD. She lived in Colonial Beach, Va. She is survived by Son, Eric Palmer, one granddaughter, Elyannah Rae Palmer, Mother, Arbutus Sanford, Sister, Bonnie Gouvisis, Brother, Lewis Randolph (Ricky) Sanford, Jr., Nephew, John (Shelley) Gouvisis, Niece, Tara (Ricky) Payne, several nieces and nephews.

She was a Member of the Colonial Beach Moose Lodge and Marinatha Baptist Bible Church, Colonial Beach, Va.

Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
