Sam C. English, 67 of Bowling Green passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 3, 2023. Born in Bridgeton, New Jersey, he was currently working with Range Control at Fort A.P. Hill. Since moving to Caroline County from New Jersey, he and his wife had operated English Acres, a retail nursery, just outside of Bowling Green. Survivors include his wife, Cheryl English; three sisters; five brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. His wishes were to be cremated and no services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Caroline Grays Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy. Caroline Grays Chapter 2473, Pamela Smith, P. O.
