Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She never met a stranger and had a heart of gold. She would do anything for anyone she knew, even if that meant that she would do without to do so.
Linda is survived by her husband of 45 years, Norman (Wayne) Gray, daughter, Monica Gray, of the home and son, Thomas Gray (Sonya), of King George. Linda is also survived by her 2 granddaughters, Alexis Gray and Jesslynn Gray, of King George. She is survived by her sisters, Lois Madison (Calvin), Betty Gray (Steve), Patti McGee (Jeff), and her brother Virgil Epperson, Jr. (Sherry), all of King George. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, one great-great niece, and one great-great nephew, all of King George.
Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Viola Epperson, her father, Virgil Epperson, Sr., her brother, Randy Epperson, and a niece, Lisa Gray.
Linda retired from Navy Gateway Inn & Suites on Dahlgren base in 2014. She is a member of Montague Baptist Church in King George.
The family will receive friends at Storke Funeral Home, King George Chapel at 11089 James Madison Pkwy, King George on Monday, April 10, 2023 from 6 – 8pm. The funeral service will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens at 3702 Loren Drive, Fredericksburg on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 12pm in the Mausoleum chapel.
