Matthew Cole Smith was born and raised in King George County, VA, where he spent his entire life, eventually working alongside his family at their body shop. He was a kind and caring individual, with a gentle and quiet soul, who enjoyed gaming, animals, and good chicken tenders with french fries.
Matt is survived by his mother and father, Mike and Beverly Smith. He will be forever remembered by his siblings, Mikey and his wife Samantha Smith, their children Cohen and Graysen; Mark and his wife Jo-Ellen Smith with their child Remington; along with his beloved Nanny, Virginia Brooks; grandmother Shirley Smith; and countless aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him dearly.
Matt was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Dudley ”Bucky” Smith and Herbert Brooks.
