Linda Turner, 68, of White Plains, MD, passed away on June 13, 2023. She proudly served her country as a veteran of the US Navy. Linda’s adventurous spirit led her to travel extensively alongside her husband, Marvin, and through her work for the federal government. They called California, Nevada, Maryland, Georgia, and Guam home during their journeys. As her health declined, she decided to step back from her dedicated career of over 45 years as a Program Analyst for Veterans Affairs.

In addition to her professional life, Linda was a talented crafter, known for her knitting and crocheting skills. She poured her heart into creating beautiful sweaters and rugs. While she enjoyed recipes, cooking was not her strong suit. Linda had a passion for shopping, particularly for home décor items, which she lovingly displayed in her home.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, John and Minnie Turner; and husband, Marvin Earl.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Nichole Gray (Darron); grandchildren, Aaron Jenkins, Sania Hanks, and Blue Gray; brother, Leroy Turner; nieces, Rana Turner and Patrice Adams; nephew, Gregg Turner; beloved neighbors, Mr. & Mrs. Hendy; and colleague, Andrea Whittaker.
