Phil had a zest for life that was contagious. He found immense joy in camping adventures, cherished classic cars, and had a deep passion for music. He enjoyed a good bourbon and relished in the company of friends over a superb glass of wine. Phil’s warm heart and infectious laughter left an indelible mark on everyone he met. He will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Phil was preceded in death by his parents, Ray & Shirley Burcham.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Debbie; his daughter, Pamela (Frank); his son, Davis; his step-daughter, Maggie (John); three grandchildren Remy, Julie and Cecilia; two step-grandchildren Gabrielle and Olivia; and his five siblings, Frances, John, Clay (Ginny), Andrew (Liz), and Melissa; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, October 27, 2023 at Storke Funeral Home, King George. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, October 27, 2023 at Storke Funeral Home, King George. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
