Thomas Ray St. Clair, 39, of Henrico died suddenly in a motor vehicle accident Wednesday, June 12, 2024. Tommy is survived by his proud parents, Roy and Cindy; his devoted partner of 5 years, Katie Crowley; his cousin who was like a brother, Brad Hodges II; his grandmother, Edith Peterson; his sister, Kimberly Tibbs; his beloved bulldog, Archie; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and co-workers.  Tommy was preceded in death by his grandmothers “Irma” and “Grandma St. Clair”.  Tommy was a diehard fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and enjoyed spending his time with his rescue bulldog, Archie. Tommy was often the first to help someone out, stopping to change the tires of strangers on the highway countless times or purchasing a meal for folks who looked hungry.  He was always generous in spirit with everything he had.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to River City Bulldog Rescue.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to noon followed by a Celebration of Life service at 12:00 noon Sat.
